This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers the ApixONN ERP and Dalil, our AI assistant, including when Dalil is used over WhatsApp.
1Who we are
ApixONN is a software company based in Qatar. For any privacy question, contact us at info@apixonn.com.
2What we collect
- Account details — your name and email.
- Trial and demo requests — for ApixONN ERP: your company name, workspace address, phone number, country, team size and the details you add to your workspace.
- Documents you upload — the files you give Dalil to answer from.
- Questions and answers — the questions asked and the answers given.
- On WhatsApp — your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and the content of your messages.
3Why we collect it
Only to provide the service you signed up for — running your ApixONN workspace, answering questions from your own documents in Dalil, and replying to your trial or demo request. We do not use your documents to train public AI models.
4Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service: Meta, to deliver WhatsApp messages; our hosting provider; and AI model providers where they are used to generate an answer.
5Storage and security
Your data is stored securely, and access is limited to authorised people who need it to run the service.
6Your rights
You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by emailing info@apixonn.com. WhatsApp users can also send "unlink" at any time to stop and disconnect.
